I started my collegiate life in Salisbury, NC at Livingstone College. After wasting that opportunity, I came back home to Chicago, Illinois and went to DePaul University.

I've earned two master's degrees, but I've exceptionally proud to have earned my master's degree in journalism. The skills I've learned as a result of going to J-school have given me a confidence in my work that I've never had before. I'm ready for the next chapter of my life.
