About:
Richard is a native Manhattanite who has been living on the Upper West Side for over 15 years. When it comes to knowing the restaurants, stores, businesses and people in the neighborhood, his knowledge is second to none. Richard comes to the company with a background working in the leasing department of one of Manhattan’s largest real estate developers. There he mastered the art of matching clients with the proper apartments, while developing the skills to close deals quickly and professionally. He decided to leave the office to come ‘back home’ to the Upper West Side where he could put those lessons to work in his own back yard. A member of the New York Road Runners Club and a seasoned half-marathoner, Richard enjoys taking advantage of his central location on Amsterdam to split his training runs between the Greenway in Riverside Park and the Bridle Path in Central Park. Richard further shows his support for the Upper West Side parks by being an active member of the Central Park Conservancy. Richard is also a member of the softball team representing the Dublin House, a standby on the Upper West Side at 79th and Broadway which has been open since 1921. After the game, the team gathers at the bar for a friendly Guinness (or two!) to relax and discuss the finer points of the game. As a fluent Italian speaker, Richard enjoys spending time in various Italian restaurants throughout the Upper West Side, so you may find him enjoying the cuisine as well as the language. With his knowledge of the Upper West Side and his passion to find the proper apartment for each client, Richard is the man to contact whether you are looking to buy, sell or rent!

Lancaster County Mother urges lawmakers to update organ donation
It gets away from the tradition of gift, there is a gift, and who can give a gift, someone who is related to the donor, not someone who is designated by the state to make the decision, said Richard Connell, Council to the Pennsylvania Catholic Conference & The Pennsylvania Catholic Health Ass
The book blends the dazzle of an Olympics-like opening ceremony, the voyeurism of such reality TV shows as "Survivor" and the haunting, disturbing plots of, perhaps, William Golding's "Lord of the Flies" and Richard Connell's 1924 man-hunts-man short story, "The Most Dangerous Game."
