I was always an active person. I played three sports, and always loved physical activities. I was always in great shape and kept a healthy weight. It wasn't until after I had my children that I started having body issues. I did not like what I saw when I looked in the mirror and I wanted to make a change. May 23, 2010 was the day that I started a very active, 6 day a week, fitness lifestyle. I am very passionate about working out, and I am just as passionate about helping others to achieve their fitness goals. I became a Beachbody Coach so that I could aid others and motivate them to achieving and attaining their fitness desires!
