A rotatable label system includes a pharmaceutical container and a label arranged about the pharmaceutical container. The label has an inner label portion affixed to the pharmaceutical container and an outer label portion rotatable positioned about the inner label portion. At least one window or transparent section is provided on the outer label portion. Generic and custom imprinted indicia is disposed on the inner and outer label portions. By rotating the outer label portion relative to the inner label portion and the container, written indicia imprinted on the inner label portion is viewable through the window or transparent section.
A system and method are disclosed for constructing a rotatable label and attaching the rotatable label to a container. The rotatable label system comprises an inner label attached to the container and a rotatable outer label. The inner label may have adhesive on a rear surface of a trailing end alone, adhesive on a rear surface of both the leading and trailing end for fixedly attaching it to a container, or adhesive on the entire rear surface. The outer label may only have adhesive on a rear surface at or near a trailing end to secure the outer label to itself. The outer label is temporarily coupled to, the container while the outer label is wrapped around the container. Once the trailing end is attached to a front surface of the outer label at or near a leading end of the outer label, the outer label can be rotated about the container over the inner label. Longitudinal movement of the outer label relative to the container may be restricted by disposing the outer label between top and bottom label panels formed on the container. The outer label is preferably adapted with a transparent portion or window permitting viewing of indicia disposed on the inner label.
A system and method are disclosed for constructing a rotatable sleeve device. The rotatable sleeve device includes a sleeve disposed about a container, preferable positioned and held in place by at least one surface contour. In one embodiment, the sleeve is made of a rigid, but flexible material. The sleeve is formed with expansion joints such that the joints allow the sleeve to expand over the surface contour of the container in order to position the sleeve about the container or to remove the sleeve from the container. The rotatable sleeve further includes at least one transparent region which permits viewing of an underlying subset of indicia disposed on an inner label or directly on the container.
The present application is directed to methods for applying multiple labels to an object. An exemplary method comprises affixing an inner label to the object, then affixing an outer label over the inner label. One or more edges of the outer label may be coupled to the inner label using a releasable or a resealable adhesive such that the outer label may be decoupled from the inner label.
The present application is directed to label reminder systems for a container and methods thereof. A base label may be adhered to the container, and reminder information displayed on the base label. A rotatable top label may cover at least a portion of the base label. The top label may have at least two transparent windows allowing a specific segment of the reminder information to be displayed through the transparent windows.
Illustrative Label Measurement System For A Container
The present application is directed to illustrative label measurement systems for a container and methods thereof. A base label may be adhered to the container, and measurement information displayed on the base label. A top label may cover at least a portion of the base label. The top label may be rotatable about the base label to a specific unit of measurement. The top label may have a transparent window allowing measurement information for the specific unit of measurement to be visible through the transparent window and a second transparent window allowing a gradient line associated with the specific unit of measurement to be visible through the second transparent window.
The present application is directed to patient compliance aids for a medicine container. A base label may be adhered to the medication container, and one or more indicia disposed on the base label. A top label may cover at least a portion of the base label.
Progress Tracking Aid Labeling For Medication Containers
The present application is directed to progress tracking aids for a medicine container. A base label may be adhered to the medication container, and a plurality of data fields disposed on the base label. A top label may cover at least a portion of the base label.
