Abstract:

The present invention provides pro-micelle compositions comprising a pharmaceutically active agent encapsulated with a membrane of esterified C-Cfatty acids. In the mammalian intestine, exposure to C-Cfatty acids results in conversion of the pro-micelle to a stable micelle that effectively delivers the pharmaceutically active agent to the systemic circulation. The present invention further provides methods of making and using such compositions.

Methods and apparatuses for data aided channel quality estimation using both pilot and data information are disclosed herein. In one exemplary aspect, a method for estimating channel quality in a wireless communication system is disclosed. Abstract:

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Multiple transmission time intervals (TTIs) may be used for communications between a base station and user equipment (UE), where each TTI may have a data pattern scheduled by a base station. Each TTI may include respective symbol periods designated as reference or data symbol periods. In some examples, the UE may be configured to transmit a sounding reference signal (SRS) in a last symbol period of a TTI, and a base station may dynamically determine a data pattern for the TTI such that a temporally last symbol period is immediately preceded by a reference symbol period (e.g., based on the presence of the SRS). In such cases, the UE may configure a transient time within the preceding reference symbol period to avoid signal degradation of the SRS (or data transmitted within the same TTI).

My name is Young Cho and I am the founder and owner of Leading Edge Realty. I am a Bay Area native, born and raised in the East Bay and come from a second generation of REALTORS in my family. My father was also a real estate broker for 24 years and had a very successful real estate business before retiring in 2001. Since then I have chosen to follow in his foot steps and now own and operate Leading Edge Realty which I started in 2003 in Union City, California. I'm one of the very few Real Estate Brokers out there today that can offer low 4% Total Commission rates (customary 2.5% for buyers agent, 1.5% for our office) to sell your home for a full service listing and also offer a 20% commission rebate for home buyers! I'm able to do this because I am the owner of my company and do not have anyone to split my commissions with so I'm able to pass the savings on to my clients. I come from a strong customer service and sales background. Before becoming a real estate broker, I was a Senior Loan Officer for Bank of the West for 6 years. Working as a loan officer definitely helped me transition nicely into becoming a full time Real Estate Broker and as a result not only do I have an excellent knowledge of the real estate side of this business, but I also have a great understanding of the loan and mortgage aspect also.
