Judge James Zagel lashed Blagojevich's legal team and denies its motion ...
U.S. District Judge James Zagel went so far as to suggest the attorney write a letter of apology to the juror who was targeted in the filing. But the juror, Connie Wilson, the forewoman in the convicted former governor's second trial, said later she didn't think that was necessary.

Zagel singled out a complaint in the motion that forewoman Connie Wilson used her juror questionnaire in a talk she gave to high school students recently, saying he never instructed jurors they had to keep their questionnaire confidential after the trial ended.
"I had a lump in my throat the whole time," said Connie Wilson, of Naperville, the forewoman from the second trial. "It's very difficult as a wife and mother to know how that impact is going to be on the family. We talked about that in deliberation a lot."
