Real estate has always been a keen interest of mine. When you enjoy something, it can become a passion. Working with real estate and people has certainly been a passion of mine for over twenty years. Every piece of real estate is different. Every transaction is different and I like that part of my life as it gives me new opportunities to help people to meet their goals. Being a REALTOR requires a tremendous amount of learning and good listening skills, to be sure. My energy must have been partially absorbed by my daughter who, as a Gen-X, already owns three rentals and her home. (She has a terrific head for business and that is vital to a success in real estate.) When I'm not researching, negotiating and meeting with buyers and sellers (not often), I enjoy sailing, gardening, photography, and travel anywhere ... especially to Steamboat Springs, CO. I have been blessed with incredible areas of residency; Nantucket, Stony Brook, Long Island, Naples, Florida and Erlangen, Germany.
