Finding the right house, putting in an offer, wondering if that's too much or too little and competing with other buyers can be a daunting task. And that's just before escrow has even begun! How about wondering if your house is enticing enough, if the couch is in the right spot, if your back yard is awe inspiring or should you repaint the guest bathroom? Both transactions can be extremely nerve racking and wouldn't it be great to have someone to guide you through every detail and call and check on all aspects of the sometimes tedious process. I actually enjoy the whole process as I am a stickler for the details and making the whole journey for the buyer/seller a smooth one. Your main focus should only be change of address cards, packing and where are you going to buy your new couch from. I am very knowledgeable about the real estate on the Westside, being a very happy resident of Culver City. But I also lived for 10 years in and around Hollywood and Beachwood Canyon. Add to that my mother-in-law lives in Laguna Beach, (read: hello, incredible weekend getaway!) I am well versed in Southern California Real Estate. So much of the real estate world is a mystery. For example, if a friend of yours in another state or region is selling/buying a house and doesn't know a trustworthy and thorough broker/agent, I can vet one for you in that area. I recently did this for a client in New York. I ascertained the needs and personality of the seller, interviewed agents at the New York Keller Williams offices and found the right match for both parties. So whether you are selling or want to buy a house or you simply want to refer someone who does, I'd like to help.
