Description:
Ed Hunt has experience managing real estate transactions in New York City's Murray Hill and Beekman Place, Southampton, and some of the most exclusive areas of New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. He's frequently tapped by homeowners to interior design, stage, and photograph homes and customers rely on his aesthetic sensibilities to create the best presentation of their properties and facilitate the sales process. Additionally, Ed possesses strong financial and negotiation skills and he's been crunching numbers and negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts for over two decades to ensure his clients' financial and personal interests are protected. He completely understands the intricacies involved in a purchase, sale, and rental, as he does the importance of full-service brokerage assistance. Ed brings an exceptional level of business savvy, customer service, and sophistication to his profession and he applies these valuable capabilities to his one-on-one work with clients to find their perfect home and maximize their real estate experience. Earlier in his career, Ed held operations, finance, and project management roles for top Fortune 500 and consulting firms. Originally from Milford, CT, he holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Charter Oak State College in New Britain, CT. Ed has lived in New York City for the past 15 years and has called the Financial District, Murray Hill, Beekman Place, and now the Upper East Side home. His personal interests include architecture, interior design projects, art, photography, entertaining, summers in the Hamptons, and spending quality time with his children and two dogs. He also finds great joy in volunteering for the non-profit organization iMentor, which helps prepare high school students in low-income neighborhoods for college.
