McCormack, Associate Broker with Long and Foster Real Estate, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, a member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Jim was the former President and Broker/Owner of Help-U-Sell Edge Real Estate in North Wales PA. Jim received his original real estate license training at the Temple University Real Estate Institute at the Center City Campus. Jim received his real estate salesperson license in 1997 and he has been handling the sale of residential and commercial properties full-time since January 1999. From January 1999 through June 2001, Jim was employed in the Philadelphia office of the commercial real estate firm Marcus & Millichap. Jim founded JWM Realty in 2001 because of his desire to provide better and more personalized service to his clients. In 2003, Jim affiliated JWM Realty with Help-U-Sell Real Estate and renamed the firm Help-U-Sell Edge Real Estate. The name change became official in December 2003.
