It’s All About Reaching for Stars, Isn’t It? Here’s my bragging…. I spent 20 years with Fortune 100/500 companies climbing the executive corporate ladder (which gives me lots of fodder for good stories) but that’s kind of boring bragging….How about….I met Pope John Paul II and he blessed me (touching my forehead)….I once waited with Oprah for an answer to a question I asked when I was in her studio audience (with her arm around my waist)…. Way back when I once brushed Mrs. Olson’s hair (she was a 1960’s Folgers Coffee commercial diva)…. Way back when I was on a popular kids’ show with Torey and Ol’ Gus in Kansas City… I was recently in a carpet commercial…. I ate at a table in a restaurant next to baseball great George Brett….I rode an elevator with basketball great Larry Bird…I passed up the chance to sit in first class next to music great Willie Nelson to sit with a business colleague….Big stuff, all that star power, you know.
