Abstract:

Teleranking is the aggregation and analysis of customer call and click data through any communication device (“Device”) that provides relevancy and rankings of a Target(s) that is being searched for by the user. The Target can be a location(s), a business(es), a person(s) or a website(s). By combining call and click data with database information pertaining to the Target(s), Teleranking can deliver ranked relevancy for the Target(s) based on weight-based algorithms. When a user searches for a Target(s) on their Device, the call and click data assigned to each Target(s) is logged into a database. Based on the call and click characteristics and the user profile, a certain weight(s) is assigned to the Target(s). The weight(s) assigned determines the popularity and relevancy of the Target(s) based on the aggregate call and click data and the location and profile of the Device user. The Device User's Information is defined as the profile of the Device user, the actions and/or events generated by the Device or the Device User.

Abstract:

Methods and systems for generating a pay-for-performance search result by advertiser(s), who may or may not have a website or internet presence, through the Internet, wireline, and/or mobile phone network, that directly connects users to the advertiser(s) over a communication channel (e.g. cellular, wireline, VoIP phone network). Method includes receiving a search request from a user through any networked device, which generates a matching list of search results from a database server. The method by which an advertiser(s) makes a bid amount on keyword(s) or search term(s) which if selected from the search results by the user, through any networked device, will directly connect the user to the advertiser(s) by calling the associated telephone number(s) or other communication ID# or channel (e.g. VoIP address) of the advertiser(s) selected (“Pay-Per-Call”).

Abstract:

A system includes a pressure sensitive material that provides an indication of applied pressure for multiple locations on the material, and an analysis device in communication with the pressure sensitive material. The analysis device receives the indication of applied pressure, determines, for each of multiple measurement periods, a pressure image from the indication of applied pressure such that a sequence of pressure images is determined, and constructs a manifold representing the sequence of pressure images.
