Abstract:
A multi-position adjustable height seat post comprises an inner tube, an outer tube, a locking assembly, a triggering device, a first extending element, and a second extending element disposed between the tubes. The locking assembly comprises an actuating unit, a plurality of parallel grooves located in the outer tube, a plurality of spherical detent elements located, in the grooves, and a plurality of spherical elements located in the inner tube. The triggering device connects to the actuating unit. The first extending element constantly pushes the to actuating unit moving in a first direction. The second extending element disposes between the tubes. Once the triggering device is triggered, the actuating unit moves in a second direction contrary to the first direction and makes the spherical elements to move inward laterally to let the inner tube and outer tube move relative to each other freely.
A hydraulic brake handle assembly, wherein the response time of the hydraulic brake caliper can be much improved, and the brake action can be carried out immediately. When the brake lever is pressed, the volume of the oil pushed by the piston is doubled due to the hydraulic brake handle assembly is provided with two piston portions inserted in two oil chambers. Since the response time of the hydraulic caliper of the present invention is improved, it allows the brake pads of the hydraulic caliper to be assembled at a relatively large distance from the brake disc, so that sand won't get struck between the brake pads and the brake disc, and the brake disc remains useful when they are bent out of plain rubbing after using.
A hydraulic brake master cylinder includes a cylinder unit having first and second spaces, a channel communicating the spaces and an adjuster exposed outside; a piston slidably disposed in the first space; a first spring applying an elastic force to the piston; a rod moving relative to the piston; a second spring applying an elastic force to the rod; a seal attached to the rod and moving controllably to seal the channel; and a nut threaded onto the rod. The adjuster is rotatable to make the nut and the rod rotate with respect to each other so as to change the distance between the seal and the end of the channel to adjust the free stroke.
A chain guiding device for bicycles comprises a main body, a chain guiding unit, a fixing unit and a control unit. The main body is installed onto a bicycle frame. The bicycle frame is installed with a crankset. The main body has two base units, respectively arranged at an upper portion and a lower portion of the main body and having two fixing holes. The two chain guiding units are respectively pivotally connected to the upper portion and the lower portion, can rotate toward or away from the crankset, and are each formed with a through hole for alignment with the respective fixing holes. The fixing units fix the chain guiding units to the main body. The two control units are respectively connected to the fixing units for driving the fixing units to pass through or separate from the fixing holes.
