A neuro-muscular pressure point massage system for personal use by a user for massaging desired areas of the body of the user. A pair of elongate generally rigid structural members each have a plurality of massager mounts situated along the length thereof. End portions of the structural members are connected by a chain-like connector maintaining omnidirectional articulated connection of the elongate structural members and permits the structural members to be used in assembly and separated for independent use. The chain-like connector has a releasable link to permit selective separation of the structural members. Several massage elements are removably mounted to at least one massager mount and are oriented for selective massaging contact with the body of the user when the structural members are manually manipulated. A hand-held massage attachment that is releasable from the structural members and has number of massage projections oriented for manually applied selective massaging contact with the body of the user.

For massaging certain body areas, a hand held massager head defines at least one massager mount. A number of massage projections are selectively and releasably assembled singly or in groups to the massager mount and are oriented for selective massaging contact with the body of the user.
