The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports (http://goo.gl/Bq8Pta ) McAuliffes chief of staff Paul Reagan sent a letter Monday to agency heads saying the state is likely to have a smaller surplus going into the new fiscal year that starts July 1.
But before calling Puckett's actions "despicable," as he did on the radio last week, McAuliffe might've done well to check first with his industrious chief of staff, Paul Reagan, and others about whether his administration is operating out of a glass house.
