Meet Steve and Renata Andrews Steve Andrews and Renata Andrews are the owners of Andrews Condominium Brokers in Bellevue and live on Mercer Island, Washington. Prior to moving to Bellevue, Steve and Renata owned a top producing Coldwell Banker office in Grays Harbor County, Washington. In addition to being a real estate Broker, Steve is a licensed Washington Attorney who has focused on Real Estate and Land Use Law for most of his 14-year law career. Steve graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 1998 in the top 10% of his class with a Magna Cum Lade ranking. He was also a board member for the school's Law Review as a research and technical editor. Renata has a Master's Degree from the University of Puget Sound and has worked in sales nearly her entire adult life. Since 2004, Steve has also been a licensed General Contractor and Developer. Steve and Renata's companies have constructed over 80 homes as well as several commercial buildings and condominiums, and three subdivisions. They have bought and sold nearly 200 properties of their own, not including the hundreds of transactions they have brokered for their buyers and sellers.
