Abstract:

Isolated nucleic acid molecules which encode proteins from are described. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing nucleic acid molecules, and host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced. The invention still further provides isolated proteins, mutated proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and methods for the treatment, prevention or detection of an -associated disease or disorder. Furthermore, the nucleic acid molecules and polypeptide molecules of the invention may be used for the identification of agents which modulate activity, e.g., a small molecules.

Abstract:

A multi-section fence wherein the sections are easily assembled by a single unskilled worker without the need of special tools. Each of the sections includes rails, and a plurality of frame members are attached to the rails and each frame member includes a multi-perforated panel. Fence posts have anchors which are positioned so that uneven terrain is easily accommodated.
