Abstract:
A tunneler device is provided. The tunneler device includes a handle formed on a proximal end thereof configured for operable engagement by a user, a shaft extending distally from the handle, a collet supported on the distal end of the shaft, the collet including a plurality of distally extending fingers defining a longitudinal opening, the opening being configured to receive an end of a catheter tube and a connector configured for operable engagement with the collet, wherein the connector is configured to bias the fingers of the collet radially inward upon engagement of the connector with the collet.

Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a device for holding at least one conduit. The device includes a ring having a first end and a second end. The device also includes a first clamping jaw extending from the first end of the ring. The device also includes a second clamping jaw extending from the first end of the ring. A first clamping surface of the first jaw contacts a second clamping surface of the second jaw in a first position, and the first clamping surface is spaced apart from the second clamping surface in a second position. The device transitions from the first position to the second position in response to application of an external force applied to an exterior surface of the ring between the first end and the second end. The device also includes a channel including an inlet positioned at the second end of the ring. The channel is configured to releasably receive the at least one conduit via the inlet, and the channel prevents the at least one conduit from contacting the first end of the ring.

Abstract:
An indeflator for inflating a therapeutic balloon. A barrel has an interior chamber that receives fluid and an outlet in fluid communication with the interior chamber. A plunger sealingly engages the interior of the barrel. The plunger is selectively movable to dispense fluid through the outlet of the barrel. A coarse inflation control assembly includes a coarse inflation actuator that rotates about a coarse rotational axis to dispense fluid through the barrel at an inverse coarse inflation rate. A fine inflation control assembly includes a fine inflation actuator selectively rotatable about a fine rotational axis to dispense fluid through the outlet at an inverse fine inflation rate. The inverse fine inflation rate is greater than the inverse coarse inflation rate.
A holder which has a loop portion securable around a flexible elongate in a folded configuration. A spine portion is coupled to the loop portion. At least one movable portion is adjustable between a first position, in which the at least one movable portion forms at least a portion of a handle in a substantially coplanar orientation relative to the spine portion, and a second position, in which the at least one movable portion forms at least one hook in a substantially transverse orientation relative to the spine portion. The at least one hook is positionable on a structure to support the loop portion in a hanging position on the structure.
