After working as an Affiliate Broker for 3 years Susan Bradberry became the Principal Broker in 2009. She is a native to the area and a graduate of Gleason High School. She attended the University of Tennessee Martin where she received a BS in education. After a time in teaching the remainder of her career has been in sales. In 2006 she was named Rookie of the Year by the Tennessee Valley Association of Realtors. She has received a Top Producer Award each year since then. In 2011 she was #2 in sales, in 2012 she was #4 in sales and in 2013 she was #2 in sales. She sums up the philosophy of the firm in one word, "service." "I am always looking for ways in which we can better serve our clients, whether they are selling or buying. Selling or buying a property is a really big deal for people and I would never want us to loose sight of that." She feels strongly that northwest Tennessee is a great place to live, work or do business. "I am always happy for the opportunity to introduce someone to the area and its people," stated Bradberry.
