Valerie has a diverse career background that consists of serving for over 16 years in the field of housing, social services and education. She has performed in the capacity of Project/Program Manager, Administrator and Director with housing agencies, community and faith-based organizations to include her varied roles as a Relocation Specialist and Site Manager in New Jersey. She has helped numerous property owners, residents and families with credit restoration and home ownership. Received acknowledgement from Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for 'Exceptional Leadership & Style' with a HUD-based funded program. She is a graduate of the American Institute of Design & the Art Institute of Philadelphia; majored in Interior Design, Residential/Retail Design & Space Planning. She has also worked as a decorating/design consultant in Philadelphia. Earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Temple University and a Master of Science (MS) in Urban Economic Development from Eastern University, along with additional related certifications. As a REALTOR®, she continues to stay abreast of the market trends and has successfully earned certifications as a specialist in Residential Construction, New Homes, 203k, Certified New Homes (CNHS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) and Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) to name a few.
