UV curable urethane (meth)acrylate polymers of Formula (1), where: Rand R′ are each independently hydrogen or Chydrocarbo, R, R′, Rand Rare each independently optionally substituted divalent organo group, and p is an integer from about 6 to about 100 which are useful as laminating and/or pressure sensitive adhesives are disclosed as is methods of making them.
