I want to take a moment to introduce myself, my name is Anne Langley. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1981 and a licensed Broker since 1986. I work with Better Homes and Gardens Metro Brokers; my office is located in Cumming, Ga, but have offices all over Metro Atlanta. We are truly a full service Real Estate Company. I have received several National Designations; I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), an Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), a Certified REO Specialist and I am a certified Premier Service Agent. My office is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the Pickens Board of Realtors I have been married for 35 years. I have 3 grown children. We have one grandchild and two more on the way. My husband retired after 34 years of teaching and coaching in the public school system and loved it so much that he is back teaching driver's education and coaching track at Pickens County High School. He was born and raised in Gilmer County. We have lived in Forsyth County for 34 years. Living in Northwest Forsyth, I have seen not only the growth in Forsyth County, but the growth in Southeast Cherokee, North Fulton, Dawson County and Hall County.
