Abstract:

A trading system employing an adaptive stochastic transaction system is provided in which a first party is disposed to propose an object offer to a second party, which is disposed to accept the object offer. A marketing communication link couples the vendor and the vendee, whereby the vendor and the vendee communicate data relative to an object offer. A distribution channel may be incorporated for providing a perceivable indication of the object to be offered so that the vendor may propose the object offer to the vendee through the communication link and wherein the data relative to an object offer includes a quasi-stochastic tuple related to the offer value and wherein the vendee is induced to accept the object offer having the offer value being one of generally equal to and less than the purchase value.

Abstract:

A component model is invented for modeling a web page. A web page and website are constructed through component assembling. Components encapsulate the details of HTML elements from a user in the construction process. By exposing component as a service, a component can be reused in other websites and enable the syndication of websites. An abstract page represents a web page; an abstract mosaic represents a component or part of a web page. A mosaic may be bound to any meaningful information locally or remotely. Mosaics are hanged on a page at different row and column positions to make up a pattern for presenting a web page. A mosaic can be hanged on by other mosaics the same way as mosaics hanged on a page, the nested level can be up to any.

Abstract:

A web site generation system includes a client virtual machine (VM), a server virtual machine (VM), and a storage virtual machine (VM). The client VM runs as a foreground process, interfaces with a user, and includes a web browser. The server VM runs as a background process, communicates remotely with the client VM in response to an action request from the web browser, and autonomously generates a web site upon a single web site build command from the user via the web browser. The storage virtual machine (VM) is operatively coupled between the client VM and the server VM and is used to store web site content files and web pages.
